ORBYND reviews your application for authenticity, intent, conduct, capacity and balance within the community.

Accept & activate

If accepted, you receive a payment invitation. We then activate your Member or Guest profile.

Core preferences, lifestyle and human review combine into a shortlist of relevant introductions.

Verified arrival

Your personal QR is scanned and your identity is briefly checked manually without copying your ID.

Connection Concierge

During the Event, the concierge facilitates optional introductions based on prepared context.

Mutual Connect

Afterwards, privately indicate who you would like to speak to again. Only mutual interest opens the connection.

Members remain part of the community and receive future Member Events. Guests have temporary access only.

One clear journey.

Each function has a clear role before, during or after an Event, making the community tangible without unlimited profile browsing.

01 · Community

Member Area & Circles

For members: one place for Events, reservations, community updates and partner benefits.

Per Event: a temporary Circle from three days before until seven days after, for confirmed attendees only.

No public profile catalogue. Reporting and blocking remain available.
02 · Arrival

Personal QR check-in

For members: the QR appears after acceptance, payment and confirmed Event reservation.

For the host: one scan shows only first name, photo, date of birth and reservation status.

The code is personal; a manual fallback remains possible. ID documents are not stored.
03 · Event

Connection Concierge

Beforehand: ORBYND prepares a manually reviewed shortlist of potential introductions.

Live: the concierge sees checked-in members only, asks consent and marks an introduction only after it happens.

Contact details, surname and social profiles remain hidden.
04 · Follow-up

Mutual Connect

Afterwards: only people actually introduced to you appear in the Member Area.

Private: each member independently chooses “I would like to reconnect”. Only two positive choices open the connection.

No response is never shown as a rejection. ORBYND never reveals one-sided interest.

Connection Concierge

Recognition without name badges.

The host uses your profile photo at QR check-in. Concierges then see only a compact, necessary card: first name, photo, intent, relevant preferences and recommended introductions.

Surname, phone number, email, social profile and identity documents are not visible to the concierge.

After the Event

Mutual Connect in four clear steps.

After the Event, only your registered introductions appear in the Member Area.

Privately choose who you are open to seeing again. The other person cannot see your choice.

The system checks whether the same choice was made independently by both people.

With mutual interest, a private connection opens within around 48 hours; otherwise nothing happens.

Verified, not intrusive

Identity checks without copies.

After acceptance you receive a personal QR code. At the door, your first name, photo and date of birth appear. A host briefly compares this with an original identity document and records only that the check was completed.

  • no photo or scan of the identity document;
  • no automated facial recognition;
  • no visible participant numbers;
  • no standard name badges;
  • photos accessible only to authorised staff.
