ORBYND Code of Conduct
Last updated: 1 August 2026. This Code applies to members, guests, partners and staff across all digital and physical ORBYND environments.
1. Respect and mutual consent
Every interaction is voluntary. Immediately respect a no, hesitation, silence, physical distance and personal boundaries. Pressure, manipulation, intimidation or unwanted touching are not permitted.
2. Honesty about identity and intent
Profile information must be accurate and up to date. Relevant changes in relationship status or intent must be disclosed. Misleading photos and participation under another identity are not permitted.
3. Discretion
Do not share another member's profile information, conversations, photos or contact details without permission. Screenshots and recordings in private Circles are not permitted.
4. No commercial approaches
ORBYND is not a lead database. Unsolicited sales, recruitment, fundraising or promotion toward members are not allowed.
5. Responsible conduct at Events
Be considerate of others, alcohol use and venue rules. Discrimination, aggression, stalking, humiliation and sexual harassment lead to immediate intervention.
6. Reporting and moderation
Report concerns to a host or via info@orbynd.com. ORBYND reviews reports carefully and may request additional information. Where appropriate, warnings, restrictions, suspension or termination may follow.
7. No outcome guarantee
Respectful participation does not create a right to attention, contact, a match or a relationship. Every member retains full autonomy over what happens next.
